Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, on WhatsApp or by phone.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. VAT is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• You pay cash on delivery or by Whish Money, as chosen at checkout.

Your order

• A website order is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent by email or WhatsApp. An order not confirmed within 48 hours is cancelled automatically.
• Your invoice is issued when the order is confirmed and does not change afterwards.

Delivery

• We deliver across Lebanon. The expected date is shown on your order page and depends on your city.

Returns within 10 days

• You may return a product within 10 days of delivery, unused and in its original box, for a full refund (Consumer Protection Law 659/2005). Contact us first with your order number.
• Products made or set up to your request, and installed systems, are returned only if faulty.

Safety

• Devices that connect to 230 V mains must be installed by a qualified electrician. Wrong wiring can cause fire or electric shock and is not covered by the warranty.
