Hexacue keeps only the details needed to deliver your order, send your invoice and help you after the sale.

What we collect

• Your name, phone, email and delivery address, and the products you order.
• Payment references such as a Whish transfer number. We never ask for card numbers.
• Technical data such as your IP address when you confirm an order or sign in, to protect your orders.

How we use it

• To prepare, deliver and invoice your order, and to contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep the invoices and records that tax law requires.
• To send you offers and new products only if you ticked the box at checkout. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.

Who sees it

• Our team, each person only what their job needs.
• The driver who delivers your order (name, phone and address).
• The companies that host our website and send our emails, only to do that for us.
• We never sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
• Copies of emails we sent you: 60 days.

Your rights

• Under Law 81/2018 on electronic transactions and personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details (except records the law makes us keep) by email or WhatsApp. We answer within 30 days.
